1. Customer Agreement
By using any of NitroDium’s services, you agree to our Terms of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Privacy Policy.
2. Services Offered
NitroDium provides various services, and you are responsible for accessing them. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, cancel, suspend, or terminate accounts for non-compliance.
3. Hosting Product Terms
- Backups may be deleted after 15 days.
- "Unlimited" resources are based on fair use.
- Each account has a limit on inodes.
- Automated caching plugin installations may be performed for performance.
4. Free Domain Policy
Free domain registration is available on select plans and cannot be added after initial signup. Refunds exclude domain fees upon cancellation.
5. Free Trial Policy
One free trial per person is allowed. After the trial, accounts renew automatically unless canceled.
6. Backup Services
We provide daily backups, but you should maintain your own backup strategy. We retain backups for a limited time based on your hosting package.
7. Registration and Personal Information
You must provide accurate and current information during registration. Your information is used for account management and verification purposes.
8. Customer Payments
Invoices are generated on the anniversary date. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be provided. Cancelling to re-sign up under a discount is prohibited.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered within 15 days for shared and reseller hosting, excluding setup fees, domain names, or dedicated IP addresses.
11. Conduct
You agree to use our services responsibly and not post unlawful, abusive, or malicious content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for improper conduct.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, INDIA.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NitroDium, superseding any prior agreements.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NitroDium harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.
17. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any reason, including breach of the Agreement.
18. Choice of Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the INDIA.
19. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
20. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service without notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
