By using our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they set forth your rights and obligations with respect to your use of Nitrodium’s hosting services.
1. Service Scope #
Nitrodium provides website hosting services, including but not limited to:
- Shared hosting
- WordPress hosting
- Domain registration
- SSL certificates
- Content Delivery Network (CDN)
The scope of our services may be modified or updated from time to time.
2. Account Setup and Management #
a. Account Information #
Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. False information may result in account suspension or termination.
b. Account Security #
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Any actions taken under your account will be assumed to be performed by you. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
c. Eligibility #
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.
3. Service Usage and Restrictions #
Our hosting services are provided on a fair usage basis. Users agree not to:
- Store or host any content that is unlawful, including gambling, adult content, or any content that promotes illegal activity.
- Use our servers for file storage, backup storage, or cryptocurrency-related activities.
- Store or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
- Host any content that may consume excessive bandwidth or disrupt server performance.
4. Payment Terms #
a. Billing #
Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.
b. Accepted Payment Methods #
We accept payments through secure methods, including credit card and online payment gateways. Payment method availability may vary by region.
c. Late Payment and Suspension #
If payment is not received by the due date, services may be suspended. During suspension, no data is guaranteed, and Nitrodium may delete suspended accounts after 10 days.
5. Refund Policy #
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to all hosting plans. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Full details are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Cancellation Policy #
a. User-Initiated Cancellation #
Users may cancel services at any time through their Nitrodium client dashboard. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for information on data retention and deletion.
b. Data Retention #
All user data will be permanently deleted 10 days after cancellation. Nitrodium does not guarantee data recovery after this period.
7. Service Suspension and Termination #
a. Grounds for Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment, violation of terms, or abuse of services.
b. Termination of Services
Nitrodium may terminate services in the case of repeated violations or if user activity is deemed detrimental to our network. In such cases, users will be notified prior to termination.
8. Liability Limitation #
Nitrodium and CloudNeuron Technologies LLP are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Data loss due to suspension, technical failure, or user error.
We make no warranties regarding uptime or data accessibility, though we strive to maintain high standards.
9. Intellectual Property #
All content and trademarks on our platform, except user-uploaded content, are the property of Nitrodium by CloudNeuron Technologies LLP. Users may not replicate, modify, or redistribute this content without permission.
10. Modifications to Terms #
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements. We will notify users of changes, and continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution #
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided shall be resolved in the courts of India/United States.
