However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel services or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms of cancellation, refunds, and data retention.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee #
Nitrodium offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund, subject to the terms below:
- Refunds are available only on hosting services and do not apply to additional services, such as domain registration fees or add-ons.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after a valid cancellation request.
2. Cancellation Process #
Customers may cancel their hosting services at any time through the Nitrodium Client Dashboard.
Steps to Cancel: #
- Log in to your account on the Nitrodium Client Dashboard.
- Navigate to the “My Services” section.
- Select the service you wish to cancel and click “Cancel.”
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Upon cancellation, any data associated with the account will remain accessible for 10 days, after which it will be permanently deleted (refer to Data Retention section below).
3. Data Retention Policy #
- 10-Day Grace Period: After a service cancellation, users have a 10-day grace period during which they can access and back up their data. After this period, Nitrodium will permanently delete all data associated with the account.
- No Data Recovery: After the 10-day period, data recovery will not be possible, as data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Important: In the case of account suspension due to non-payment or policy violations, Nitrodium does not guarantee data retention or access.
4. Exceptions to Refunds #
Refunds are only available within the 30-day money-back period and do not apply to certain services and conditions:
- Domain Registration Fees: Domains registered through Nitrodium are non-refundable as they are processed through third-party providers.
- Service Renewals: Renewals of hosting plans and other services are non-refundable.
- Policy Violations: If an account is terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service or Fair Usage Policy, refunds will not be issued.
- Credit purchase: There is no refund for credit purchases or money loaded into a Nitrodium credit account.
- Items purchased with credit: Any item purchased with a credit balance is non-refundable because we provide free credit on various occasions.
5. Requesting a Refund #
To request a refund within the eligible 30-day period:

- Provide your account information and details regarding your cancellation request.
- Our team will review your eligibility for a refund and process it accordingly.
6. Changes to This Policy #
Nitrodium reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after policy updates signifies acceptance of any changes.
